I am Australian living in Indonesia.
I have started a coal trading business which will be very lucrative as I have numerous contacts both on the buying and selling side but need capital to expand and/or silent partner willing to invest up to $250,000 USD with a guaranteed monthly income based on a percentage amount of the monthly sales.
An investor will recoup his/her funds within months and then be on a monthly income for ever and that income will be very sucstantial. i.e. just on sales of 200,000 tonnes of coal per month which is one of the orders I have you will receive $25,000 USD per month forever but I have pending orders of over 500,000 tonnes per month and increasing.
