Description: "Aloha-Q". Combining Authentic Hawaiian Cuisine with alternative world class BBBQ, Aloha-Q will be the only restaurant of it's kind within a 200 mile radius of it's anticipated location. Local Residents, as well as the tourists numbering well above 2 million annually, have been crying out for an establishment such as our creation. The Lord brought my family to Lake Havasu for a (URL removed) we've recently found the cause of our calling. I am a certified chef, 1989 graduate of CIA, and 1992 graduate of CCIA School of Pastry, who has focused my emphasis on Tex-Mex/BBQ as well as Cajun/Creole Cuisine. Two cuisines yet to make their debut in Lake Havasu City. When I married my wife, of Hawaiian descent, I devoted my studies more closely towards "Hawaiian and Polynesian" Cuisine. We have a remarkable oportunity before us. There is a "Huge Demand" for Hawaiian Cuisine locally. 60% of our population consists of retiree's who have traveled on several occasions to the Islands and what drove them to Lake Havasu was the likeness of our climate and surrounding water fronts to that of the Islands. All that's missing is a the dining culture. We're highly motivated towards fixing that void. My 24+ years in restaurant operations, both Back and Front of house, as well as 4 years in Multiple Unit Corporate Management, sets my sights on "Franchaising" our concept, which in itself is "Unique" to the entire western region. To my knowledge, there isn't a single concept such as I've designed anywhere west of New Mexico! We are highly enthused, have several investors ready to assist, but I prefer someone who shares a "Passion" for not just food in (URL removed) "Food That Leaves an Impacting Impression" on it's consumer for a lifetime!
