Description:
Own catering company now, have 6000.00 a month in business built up just parking off a back road two days a week. I am well known in the area and there are no other cafe's that do what I do ANYWHERE near here. I have 20.000 of my own money I am investing. The owners of the strip mall is so confident that I will do well that they are building it out for me. I would be willing to put up all equiptment for colleteral. WEll over 15,000 worth. I just need a private investor that is willing to take a chance and make good money off a one year loan. Low risk. Good business plan. Been in food service business for over 6 years. owned one Catfish Cafe already, sold it and it is still open and does a GREAT business. I know what I am doing.
