Description:
Schurman Development has been helping clients, from start to finish, with their development project. We specialize in helping client find local financing help from community or county. Sales Tax rebate, bond, TIF and Revolving loans. We then work on project by hiring Architect and or Engineers and Contractors to complete projects. I currently have 2 clients with need, due to the Banks having their head where the sun don't shine. Both projects have 30% equity in one fashion or another. One project is a retirement development and the other a commercial fuel cell site for cars and trucks, with c-store and rest. on interstate highway.
