We are currently manufacturing one product in China (we own the tooling) and performing secondary operations, as well as manufacturing two other products, in Sarasota. We have several more products that are ready for manufacture. All products are related to the water treatment industry and are patented or patent pending. All prototyping, engineering, machining is done in house. We are striving for total control of our product lines. Our products are innovative, effective, and completely new to the industry. Our profit margins are high. We have national distribution in place via OEM’s (dealers that sell to other dealers, aka, super dealers) and approximately 2000 dealers in our own email list. We have a formal business plan and proformas for different products and stages of implementation. Many of the products provide a reoccurring revenue stream. They offer green components to the industry and compliance with government mandates. I have 28 years in the industry and am the inventor of our products. We work on a very tight budget which has allowed us to effectively bring products to market under budget. Salaries are capped at a modest amount for management and sales are commission only. We have put 8 years into research and development, with 8000 plus hrs of sweat equity, with over $ 500,000 personally invested into the projects.
