I need to raise money for my project wind farm, projected return of completed project ~16.5% per year.
Concept is to use used wind turbines,(NORDEX N54 1000KW), because they are much more cheaper, most sensitive parts (bearings, gearbox) already changed, can work without any issues ~10years.
We are located in Lithuania, Klaipeda region(near the Baltic sea), a lot of windy days, good infrastructure.
