We are a corporation who seeks to go nonprofit in the near future. Presently, we are pursuing investment in Real Estate Notes. As investors we find qualified Notes (Loans, Mortgages, etc.) according to our investor’s request, within range of course. We then negotiate a desired price that we may have a good return for our investors, and put it under contract. Then we assign the note to our investors for a fee or resale. Also, we are venturing in bulk reo (bulk Real Estate Owned) investment. Our long term goal is to build a community for disadvantaged minority mothers whom are currently enrolled in college seeking their Bachelor or Masters Degree. This community would be a very upscale community with state of the art amenities. The goal is to encourage these women that as they work hard and stay focused they can achieve great success for their future and in turn give back to society. We shall have a verity of assistance programs on site to help them achieve their goals. Among a view or after school programs assisting the children, entrepreneurship training assisting them in starting their own business, emergency assistance with energy bill, rent, ect. In addition, we shall offer a first time home buyer coarse. Another wing of our company offer assistance in promoting or advertising startup business in a unique way.
