Description: EXPRESSION LIMOUSINE, INC is a limousine and chauffeured transportation service-company headquartered in Poughkeepsie, NY. Established in February of 2007; is owned and operated by Mr. Gary Thomas (90% owner). Our aim is to position the company in the marketplace as the leading African-American Owned limousine and chauffeured transportation provider, with and “Customer Service Excellence” as a key thrust in both the private and corporate target markets. We will be priced at the middle-top tier of what the market will bear, competing with the local and large name-brand companies. Within the US based corporate sector we plan to leverage our status as one of the few African-American owned (minority owned) LCT service corporations in effort to open doors to contracting opportunities through corporate minority vendor initiatives. Some of the initiatives and relationships will be fostered by associations such as: The NY-NJ M.S.D.C. (NY & NJ Minority Supplier Development Council a affiliate and local chapter of the N.M.S.D.C. - National Minority Supplier Development Council). We are a service based business with our principal product/service industry being Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation; customers use ground transportation services for business & pleasure. The services we offer are used for: ground transportation for business and leisure purposes, airport & cruise-port transfers, road shows, weddings, proms, nights-on-the-town, special event transportation; entertainer/politician/dignitary transportation (including personal security services, and resort/hotel/casino transfers. Our target markets include: private individuals, Corporations, elected government officials, entertainers within the broad range of music, comedy, sports, television and movie industries. We expect to secure and maintain a fleet of 20 – 40 service vehicles within the next year. Additionally, we intend to purchase a base station facility with an estimated size of 6000 square feet (3200 square feet of office space & 2800 square feet of garage warehouse/garage space), and a total parking capacity for 51 -100 vehicles. The facility will be located in Southern Dutchess County; the targeted location is within 2 – 10 miles of these main thoroughfares: I-84; I-87; US-RT.9; Taconic State Parkway, several local Dutchess County routes, all offering transit access for commercial vehicles. Our future base location(s) of choice will be at established facilities approved by local zoning and planning boards for its intended use.
