We have an internet business that provides a webpage for property owners to advertise their villa to the general public. Our site is creating a lot of interest and clients are responding by taking up our web pages; we launched the service 3 months ago, but we have been building the business for about 2 years. We have a database of over 50,000 potential clients and this is already paying all of our costs. We have a couple more products we want to bring online during the next 18 months.
The Travel sector we market to has great scope for our product which is one of the best looking websites already. Our pricing gives us the edge over our competitors, and our methods of creating the business is quite different. Our business has become very popular with owners of North American & Caribbean properties in particular. We currently cover over 80 worldwide countries and have clients in each.
We have vast marketing and technical experience which has allowed us to develop and move the business forward so quickly. We now need someone who can fund us so we can employ more staff and allow us to expand our services. Or we would be happy to find someone who wants to become an active partner in the business. We are currently based in Cyprus and run by me (English), but we intend to relocate the business to another European location.
