Description:
Do you invest in retail gun stores (we will be more than this but this is basically what we are now)?
I have been in business for two years and and our third quarter gross receipts have already exceeded our first year's. I am the only employee and I started this business with one $75 purchase. I have reinvested almost every cent to get to a current store wholesale inventory value of $12K, building valued at $20K, store fixtures and software valued at $5K since Sept. 2009.
Up to this point advertising has consisted of business cards, word of mouth, and our web site. I know that once we have a more centralized location (we run our store from a building I built for this purpose next to our house in a location that is somewhat difficult to find) and we start major advertising campaigns I will need to hire several employees and need more capital.
I feel I am at the point that it is time to step out and move forward.
My vision for my company is nation wide (possibly world wide, pending review of laws in other nations). Because of this, I have been considering the option of outside investment.
I believe I have a company name and logo that will create instant brand/store recognition and I know that it will grow once certain steps have been achieved.
I know that my company will succeed but with limited capitol it will take much longer. This is why I am considering outside investing.
If you are interested or have any advice or criticisms I am open to them.
Thank you,
Gary Morris
