Plan to re-open a successful restaurant under a different format. The restaurant grossed in excess of $500K annually was closed due to the declining health of the proprietors. We plan to re-open this small-town restaurant, with no competition, under a slightly different and unique format serving lunch Monday through Friday and all-you-can-eat-catfish (and chicken tenders) Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
