Description: We are looking for approximately $30,000 in funding. We have been building incredible outdoor living spaces over the last 2 years. Our gross revenue for the year was over $130,000. We are traditionally slow over the winter and will start gearing back up by Feb/March. Our background is home building and with the way the market had been going, We diversified a bit, into outdoor living spaces. It started with authentic hand built brick pizza ovens. Thus the actual company name is Colorado Brick Pizza Oven Co. We then started to sell our construction and design expertise to various clients and our brochure (attached) shows just a few pictures of what we can do. I can provide a great deal more of pictures, references from clients, etc. One of our most profitable items is actually under deck dry-in systems. Seeing is believing. Ask for pictures! We are a dealer in a particular brand and our profit margins are about 39%. Our last job was priced out at $11,005 and we made over $4,000 before tax. What we really also want to do, is to re-vamp our website so that we can sell all of the accessories that the consumer wants to buy such as free standing fireplaces, freestanding heaters, outdoor grills, smokers, pizza oven utensils, specialty wood smoking appliances, smoking wood, appliances such as beer fridges, stainless steel drawers/doors, exterior furniture and an endless amount of other (URL removed)s could be amazingly profitable and requiring minimal service other than the website ordering process/cost. We would never touch the merchandise and yet, collect the dealer margins simply by the order process. We can also be linked to our under deck suppliers/manufacturers website so that we would immediately be referred to clients in our state, as the dealer rep. This also could be huge in terms of quick profits and (URL removed) have some of the best installers and could do great volume here as well. What we need funding for: A.) consolidate debt, B.) Build our small showroom. and C.) Re-vamp our website with touch and purchase (in-cart) instant order, price out under deck systems, and all the items listed above. I am excited about the opportunities and the niche we have started to create.
