Description:
NSD is a Berkeley, CA design and renovation company initially created to help homeowners prepare and present their homes for sale in the San Francisco Bay Area. With the real estate market shifts NSD now if focused on purchasing pre-foreclosures, short sales and REO's (bank owned properties) to then renovate and resell. We target the best market areas in the Bay Area where we determine the resale activity remains strong.
