Description:
Eagle One Properties provides solutions and alternatives to people who are facing foreclosure by showing them different means of selling their properties before the lenders take it. We buy property to either flip, assign, or partner with an investor. We have a full, experienced crew to handle any reab necessary.
My wife and I are not new to the real estate business. I spent over 20 years as a rehabber and remodeler with the 4 of those years as a licensed home inspector here in the State of Illinois. Barbara, the president of our company, has over 35 years of experience as a contract administrator and financial manager.
