After being retired from the USMC,I started following my passion to the point,that my 3rd wife said either stop this RE crap or I am leaving,I sure do miss her.I am reknewing my interest and passions in commercial RE.I want to start buying,rehabbing,running,Large Apartment complexes,, like I have before.I ran maintenance and custodial crews for George Williams College in Downers Grove. I bought,rehab- bed,and ran 4 large Apartment complexes in Lagrange,IL for 20+yrs,plus a large number of condo's in Wheaton,IL. Rehabbed and collected $600K in earned income credits for refurbishing another large complex in Hodgkins IL. I am good at this job because I like it,I'm retired with a $3350/mo in retirement,But I don't want to sit around and let death come up on me like a thief in the night,I want to enjoy life and part of that is buying apartment complexes and breathing new life into them and in doing that I believe I am becoming revitalized too, Plus I want to leave a serious inheritance behind for my children.I promise you,, that if you help me,, I will help the angels by becoming one myself, I bet that is really satisfying to the soul, RIGHT??
