We are a startup company in need of funding to begin producing a line of Green Surfboards. We have completed R&D. We presently have a facility in Nevada with over 2.0mm in owned assets. We have a patentable process to manufacture surfboard blanks in a green process. Our process has eliminated the most common chemical used in the production process, Toluene, also known as methylbenzene or phenylmethane. We are currently working with hemp fiber and soy based resins to develop the ultimate "GORE" Board. We are seeking a 1.5 to 3.0mm commitment over the next year.
