Description: Prospective Homeowners Association is a community-based, membership organization, provides regional economic development by entrepreneurially underwriting home ownership for low-low, low to moderate and middle income working and retiring classes. We are building or remodeling new and existing properties to create affordable green cooperative housing - currently in Los Angeles, with plans to go national after the program is operational here. We are looking for volunteers, members, sponsors and program contractors. We are also looking for translators who can help answer questions to the multitude of persons in Los Angeles for whom English is not a primary language.
