I am a 3-generation glazier who loves the industry. I am attaching a magazine article outlining my business, it's mission and vision. I currently have 3 contracts (won) totaling over $750,000 in revenue. The first is slotted to begin in 4 short weeks. As with most construction companies, there are ebbs and flows to our work load. I am need of hiring tradesmen and other skilled labor as well as purchasing materials for our first project. Funds will be used as follows: 25% Materials %25 Labor %50 Expansion of Satellite office in either Austin or San Antonio. Due to our growth and successes over the last two years, we are fielding calls and requests daily for our services. I would like to accept some of these projects, however I need to get staffed up first. I am a reputable business owner and one of few successful and much needed Glazing companies in the Houston area. We attribute these recent requests for new projects on our successful completion of several past projects this last year. I plan to build my company to sustain not only my family, but the families of all my staff.
