The Garden Restaurant is based on the concept of a Souper Salads or Sweet Tomatoes, with great versatility and awesome food. the atmoshpere is a major componenet and costly to obtain, it will have water features and lots of vegitation with a real garden and back yard appeal, along with an awe inspiring salad bar we intend to provide Soups, Fruit Bar, Potatoe Bar and Deli/Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps along with Pasta's and Sauces and fresh baked mini loaves of bread for every table in the choice of dipping bread or fresh baked whole grain breads.
Our initial funding requirements are covered with the exception of approximately $20-$25000.00, we have collateral to back it up but only a portion of what we have is appreciable collateral and we need more initial cash, without liquidating our co
