Description:
Innovative Adhesives manufactures, markets and distributes branded collegiate waterless spirit temporary tattoo. IA currently supports over 100 Division I schools and distributes direct to university and via retail outlets. After a change in ownership we are expanding our distribution, licensing and product portfolio. All our products are manufactured utilizing our patented digital printing process utilizing 3M medical tape.
I am seeking investments to clear or restructure existing debt and provide modest working capital to continue to grow the organization.
