Description: Diversified Bio-Medical, Inc. (DBMI) is a contract bio-manufacturing company (CMO) that services the biopharmaceutical industry, by using automated single-use technology systems to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers. DBMI’s future validated current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facilities will help biotechnology and biopharmaceutical companies expedite their development of candidate biopharmaceuticals. DBMI is focused on cGMP manufacturing of material for clinical trial and filling the gap between research material and commercial production with emphasis on speed, cost and flexibility as well as being a one-shop stop, which most of CMO’s cannot provide. Emphasizing speed, cost and flexibility, DBMI will be a “one-stop shop”, providing a level of service most CMO’s are incapable of. Diversified Bio-Medics, Inc. is to offer full-service "vector to vials" service. Furnishing clients with pilot-stage, candidate biopharmaceutical materials, expert technical support, and turnkey access to validated cGMP bio-manufacturing space, DBMI will offer an expedient and quality-assured pathway through clinical study phases and into commercial production. DBMI will be focusing on production of biopharmaceuticals for supporting research and industry for new drug development needs in North America and Asia. In order to facilitate operation, DBMI is constructing a Early Phase Manufacturing Plant for initial operation. The Early Phase Manufacturing Plant will be built on the existing premises utilizing Xcellerex’s (“XRX”) FlexFactory™. This approach will significantly reduce project cost and associated financial risk. It will promote an innovative biomanufacturing platform which can be rapidly reconfigured to accommodate new processes or process changes, making it the ideal technology to handle a wide range of biological manufacturing processes. A functioning Early Phase Manufacturing Plant will fill an industry gap and create greater flexibility in responding to clients’ scheduling needs. DBMI is now seeking financing for this project utilizing lease, equity or other arrangements. You may be aware of programs that would assist DBMI in funding this project. If this is of interest to you please contact myself or Michael Evans, VP Finance @ (Phone # removed). Thanks for your consideration regarding this project.
