We are private and public company with 80%/20% ownership. We have 230 decares of land with status zoned for low rise residential buildings. Presently we have on hand all the necessary documents, blueprints, working plans in order to build the subdivision. Our project is near the city of Blagoevgrad in the foothills of Rila Mountain overlooking a river valley. Our company is planning to build approximately 250 single family dwellings and about 120 townhouses, along with all necessary amenities for a gated community that will suite both retired and/or permanent residents. We also have developed a management program for renting out properties during unoccupied times. Our plans are to market our properties in England and through Europe.
