Who gets tattoos has changed over the past two decades. Over 50% of tattoos and a vast majority of body piercings are done on women. At the same time, almost all tattooing and piercing parlors reflect the fringe male-dominated culture of the past. In a $1B market, we believe this presents a lucrative business opportunity.
