Description:
We at Ayres Enterprises, LLC have retained our "retail" license in the state of Iowa since April 2006. We are in the process of relocating to Arizona. We have a diverse background as a collective unit of management. We have a master's level chemist/bio-chemist on staff, a RN with a psychology emphasis and business basics background and a technology instructor/guru. We have over 75 ideas that will make money for any investor who chooses to be in it for the long term. One of those ideas is in the 7th stage of one of Edison Nation's searches. In our perspective this is an honor for the first submission ever.
We need funding to make prototypes or hire prototype builders (if it is far more advanced than our capacity currently). We need to hire electrical engineers/scientists to make most of our products. For example, when an idea hits us it is not just one idea at a time it becomes several. So to make things happen in rapid fashion, we need your help getting us off the ground with each and every idea we need results to satisfy us to go onto the next project. Usually, it goes to the drawing board and when it is handed over to the tangible item makers the next idea is already presenting itself.
We need funding to purchase materials to create our ideas for commercialization.
We have invested over a year and a half in R/D of our latest product, I.M.P.A.C.T. Rightfully named as it will be a well known name to those in the IT industry, banking, security, data and so on. The primary steps we have taken thus far is registering the algorhythm encryption and method within the USPAT office as a Provisional patent. We are seeking seed money to take this to it's next step of certification as a legitimate, non-malicious way to protect valuable data. We have identified our weaknesses, our strengths and are ready to work with those who are ready and willing to help us catapult this to the next level or through the entire process. Please feel free to ask any questions that you need answers to in order for this to happen.
We are also working on two new ideas for child safety. There are far too many unnecessary deaths for children in hot cars. We have permission from the professors who did the research of how many deaths, how quickly the heat rises in a vehicle and so forth. We plan to utilize this information in our programming of our device along with many other features. We will then ask the same college to test the device for us for accuracy and continuity of all features.
Thank you for your time, and please know we appreciate all questions as this makes us a better business. Gail Ayres, CEO
