Description:
Business Major looking to construct a very unique apartment complex in the highly sought after University of Florida area in Gainesville, Florida practically on campus. Looking to have 300+ units, with retail space (restaurants, game site, postal office, etc) on a main road, very luxurious type place, with some hotel suites in it for temporary stay. Have lived in many of these apartment complexes and none are up to par for their expensive prices. Housing always in demand here as students need it and alumni are always popping in for our popular football games.
