Description:
I'm the owner of a spanish classified ads newspaper. Since newspapers are disappearing worldwide and since my publication is targeting hispanics I believes my paper has about 10 more years of life. Hispanics are a little behind in technology so there is still and will be there for some more years the demand for printed newspaper. We do not charge for personal classified ads. People can sell their unwanted belonging from $10 to $200,000 or higher without getting charged a dime. We only make money from advertiser. NOW I'm transitioning as a real estate investor and need funding for acquiring REO, for transactional funding, buying and holding properties and more creative ideas for making money in real estate. In Oklahoma properties did not lose as much value as other regions of the US but still there are properties at half the ARV.
