My name is Gabriel Durand. I am the CEO and Founder of Gabriel Paris LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, incorporated and established in November 2015; and Global Action Care Ltd., a Hong Kong company incorporated and established in August 2010 – collectively known herein as “Neck Sofa.”
Neck Sofa was formed for the purpose of managing the marketing, distribution and sales of its principal product, Neck Sofa®, and any other products developed by the Company. Global Action Care, Ltd. was created for the purpose of exporting the Neck Sofa® from its manufactured location in (China) to anywhere in the world. My wife and I own 100% of both companies and serve as both principals and directors.
Like many of today’s most valuable products, the Neck Sofa® was invented out of necessity. My wife, Alice, was involved in a horrific car accident that resulted in a terrible whiplash and on-going, excruciating pain. Existing neck pillows gave her neither the rigid support necessary for her healing process nor the comfort needed during a long recuperation period.
Part neck brace, part neck pillow, the Neck Sofa® supports the neck and head using a patented ergonomically designed skeletal frame surrounded by an ergonomically designed memory foam insulation, covered in a removable and washable velour case.
