I am looking for either accredited investors or a hard money/angel/private equity loan of $1MM for a very unique neighborhood development on a gorgeous piece of property in Driggs, Idaho. Driggs is 45 minutes from the famous Jackson Hole, WY, but on the quiet side of the Teton Mountains. Driggs has been recognized as one of the most rapidly growing real estate markets in the country and offers an unlimited amount of outdoor recreation opportunities in the Rocky Mountains. Red Barn is a neighborhood committed to being a responsible, diverse, healthy sustainable community. The neighborhood will sit on the most beautiful land in Driggs, along Teton Creek, amongst thousands of large Cottonwood and Aspen trees.
