I am currently working as an independant contractor out of someone else's equestrian facility. I am looking for funding for the purchase of a state of the art equestrain facility that has become available in the local area (with clients currently in residence) and start up costs (which include 12 months operating expenses). I will provide horse boarding, training and clinics. Training will specialize in behavior rehabilitation in "dangerous" horses.
