I have had an intrest in a shoe shoe store like an upscale sneaker shop that carry's limited and special realease nike's, jordans drss shoes etc. As well as a broad selection of dressy casual wear. This business would also have barber chair's that us men that dont like going to the fancy girly salon can have a place to get a good cut as well as like and old style shave and like hot towel face washes its almost like a gentlemans club prvideing a lounge wit tv's where u can watch the latest game or what ever you would like to watch. And also provide like gathering to business and hold meetings an area where you reserve that championship game the latest fight etc. This can be open to the public as well have like packages where patrons can feel like they have the privilages others dont.
