A residential community for the physically challenged adults consisting of studio type single residences. Future plans to incorporate stores, recreation facilities, etc. operated by tenants to support tenancy costs. Upon attaining age 22, these individuals are forced to reside with parents or be institutionalized, when,in fact, many are capable of living alone and requiring minimal care. Many who are able to support themselves through Section 8 can only find subsidized housing in converted mill buildings, etc. Endor's goal is to provide housing with dignity, opportunity, and independance.
