Description:
I am looking for an Investor for Service Station / restaurant/ convienance store all in one location. we own land (10 acres) in a rural area 20 miles southwest of Austin . The property is zoned commercial and sits 1/16 of a mile from a heavily traveled intersection of two main roads heading north into Austin. There is only 1 very small business of this type within 8 miles of our location. The nearest competitor is 12 miles or more west and it only services travelers heading to I 35 north.
