My youngest son has been working as a manager in a company and just returned form 3 1/2 years and has realized that construction is still and will always be part of the country's back bone.
He is a graduate of CU in Boulder Business and Accounting Degree, My oldest son in also a graduate of CU with a Business and Real Estate degree.
I was involved in construction all of my working years so far.
We are looking at two areas of construction and real estate.
First is to obtain properties that need work done and get them in a upgraded state to put them on the market as owner financed with rent or lease to own options.
We also are looking into a second division to form a non profit company that would help replace housing for disaster and low income housing as well as first time buyers.
Both companies would be focused on putting people back to work as well as giving people a chance for home owner ship.
