I will provide personal training to various individuals for many reasons,in a one on one situation. This would be a private studio not a gym setting so that all the focus would be on the client and they would noy have to pay a gym fee and a personal trainer fee as well. I am a certifeid personal trainer with over 10 years experience. I design personalized workout plans to fit the individuals need.I am able to assist with injury recovery(knee,hip,low back,bulging disc,rotator cuff,etc.)as well as assist the athlete and or general weight loss client. I do have a certificate of nutrition with Diet master pro to help people with proper knowledge of eating habits.
