I started my S corp from the beginning with a Idea of making so money in realestate. So I got to reading about investors in properties, and one thing to other,I formed Crative Investors, Inc, started in Sept 06 and brought my first house from the bank owned property on Sept 17,o6, remodel and rented from lease to buy for sale at $ 50,000, appl at $ 51,000, rent $ 600
