The idea is to create a warranty and repair services company that provides logistics, customer service, repair and warranty services for products of Tier 1 and Tier 2 DoD contractors. Once established, the business will expand in five directions:
1) warranty and repair services to US Military Services and Agencies (3-5yr)
2) prototype manufacturing services to Tier 1 and Tier 2 DoD contractors (2-5yr)
3) full Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to Tier 1 and Tier 2 DoD contractors (3 - 7yr)
4) product development for company owned intellectual property (IP) to service the US Military, Agencies, Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) and state/local departments. (4 - 10yr)
5) acquisition of synergistic opportunities where there is some degree of distress and there's potential for consolidation
