I am a small graphics/publishing design firm. I have a successful one-man team, profitable business. I have a desire and vision to grow even more. But, one of two things must happen in order for me to do so: 1) I can attain new accounts (which I have some that have been on the brink but I can't handle them) and try to keep up with the work-load until I can afford to hire help, lease office space, and buy new equipment or 2) I can find an investor to provide the financing to be able to hire help, etc. and give some grounded business expertise so I can then attain more accounts and build the business without the struggle of growing pains. The bulk of my business comes from Homes&Land magazines. I am an approved vendor for Homes&Land and currently handle the production of 5 magazines every 4
