We are a Mortgage broker firm and would like to become a full lender. To become a full lender and offer FHA financing, we would need a capitol investment of 2,000,000. Of witch we would not need access to it, but have it listed as an assett on our Audited Financials. We would be willing to offer a Joint Venture, and be 50% owner. Also, we are looking to build the company for 5 years, then sell it.
We currently have 20 loan agents and are currently closing between 20-30 loans per month.
Our average loan size is 150,000. and out annual closing/sales is between 30 to 50 million per year.
