UNICUS Fitness Services is a fitness service business with 5 divisions of programs and services for individuals and businesses. We have a Facility Design and Management Division that is growing by focusing on developing and managing UNICUS Fitness branded fitness centers for Property Management Companies in Office buildings and residential towers.
We have been building the UNICUS Fitness World Headquarters and it is the largest private fitness studio in the country at over 20,000 square feet. Called The Fitness Lair, it is hidden on world famous Michigan Ave in Downtown Chicago. The goal is to make The Fitness Lair a worldwide destination place for people to go for complete exclusivity and customization when working out. We need some help in completing The Fitness Lair and providing premium fitness programming to a select clientele. We have been running the Fitness Lair now for over 36 months as we have been building and developing it. Revenues have gone from $16,000 for the whole year of 2005 to revenue projections this year of nearly $500,000. When completely finished, our goal is to have The Fitness Lair be one of the largest private training facilities in the world with revenues in excess of $3.5 million per year.
We are looking for an equity investment of between $300,000 and $500,000 for a 49% stake in The Fitness Lair and all the gross revenue it generates. The money will be used for both buildout, equipment purchase and marketing campaign to complete The Fitness Lair as one of the most unique fitness training studios in the world. The amount will also be used to buy out one of the orignial partners.
