Arya Capital Investments (ACI) objective is to buy and sell real estate and gradually build a real estate empire. Having access to bulk REO packages that the banks are willing to sell for 10-20 cents on the dollar strategically places ACI in a position to capitalize on the current down cycle of the real estate market and purchase properties in quantities that can then be re-sold to individual investors as-is for a handsome profit and still leave room for the buyer to make money after re-hab costs. Some of the properties in the package would be held for long term investment. Once a cash reserve has been established ACI will acquire multi-family apartment complexes in emerging markets throughout the US and hold 3-5 years for positive cash flow and appreciation.
