I am the managing member of Affininty Enterprises, which began in 2006 investing in real estate in Maryland. I now reside in Gastonia, NC to focus more intensely on investing in apartments (75 to 200 units) solely within a 75 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. It is to be noted, that Affinity Enterprises LLC does not act by itself in apartment acquisition and management. Affinity Enterprises works completely and synergistically with MACC Properties LLC and Capstone Multi-Family Group. Both of these entities are under the control of Tony Azar of Gastonia, North Carolina. There are a total of 1100 apartments owned. Our business relationship is that Tony Azar obtains the primary funding and my responsibility is to secure equity investments with investors who share in the equity of the deal and received a monthly cash flow paid on the quarter.
