The Effect is a business that has 4 parts. Nightclub, the nightclub will have a booming soundsystem and will be completely non-alchoholic. LAN area, the LAN area is going to have several computers for gaming use charge by the hour and by the month. The Hangout, the hangout is going to be the spot closest to the store alowing people to feel free to just sit and take a breather. The Store, the store is the area that holds the other three areas together.
