We were just awarded a distributorship in the area through Planet Antares, Inc. The start-up costs are for the purchase of three vending units and the company will supply unlimited coaching, contacts for at least 250 companies in our area to place our units and help with growing our business. There is no franchise fees or charges to the companies for placement of our units. The company will make the initial contact with companies to help us place our units. The units are very different from normal vending machines as they are like three machines in one and take up only 3 1/2 feet in space.
