The owner-operator of The Learning Doctor is Frank Daugherity, Ph.D in Education, with more than 20 years experience as an educator, including remedial programs, one-on-one tutoring, curriculum and assessment design, school administration and teacher training. He has personally helped over 5000 students improve their learning and specializes in helping people learn how best they learn.
