Description:
My company was formed to develop a cohousing community in Buxton, Maine. The community will consist of 20 condominiums (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms) and a common house with shared facilities. I have two pre-sold and three others who are waiting to make sure the project gets off the ground before buying. This project is unique because it is intentionally energy efficient and eco-friendly. We have town approval and are awaiting Department of Environmental Protection approval, which should come in a few weeks. The plans are ready, and we can start as soon as we have DEP approval and funding.
