I want to form a New Real Estate LLC company that will invest in Real Estate. But before I start my venture, I would like to see if I could get fundings and how much will be the interest.
I like to specialize in buying banks owned, foreclosed properties and properties in Mississipi that are under the GO ZONE and SRASP program.
The loan can be from $50,000 to $100,000 to start.
Mississipi is one of the fasting growing area now in the US. Evenually I would like also to buy and sell properties in that area. I have already looked at the area in Biloxi, Gulfport, and Bay St. Luios. I was very much impressed.
