Looking to start a hip and chic Catering/Bar & Lounge/Restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn or Downtown Jersey City.
This restaurant would be a combination of Caribbean and Sould Food fusion served Tapas style. We would like to incorporate personalized table teas and hookah. Also Friday, Saturday & Sunday nightly themed party events. Also would like to make this a gay friendly spot.
Looking for a location with open aired dining and a patio/deck in the back. This sort of venture wouldn't rely on a huge staff.
The Catering side would specialize in buffet style and white glove service within the tri state area.
