Our startup company. is located in Pennsylvania. We're looking for all available options to raise $500k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our Entertainment and Marketing business. We are currently developing two iPhone games and an animated presentation trailer and artwork to pitch to several major cable networks.
Our entertainment concepts have related merchandise tie-ins. Future revenue will be generated through the sale of production, distribution and licensing rights. The company is also developing five different projects targeted to children and youth audiences. The vast arrays of products that can be generated include interactive toys and electronics, action figures, electronic games, apparel, accessories, comics, and books.
We are primarily interested in receiving capital from Equity Funding sources (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) who would be interested in working in an advisory capacity to help us develop our company.
The funds that are raised will be used to continue producing iPhone games and creative development on several projects, and produce promotional vehicles to market these projects. The funds would enable us to staff and procure creative and technical talent to work with us to produce these products.
