Description:
Premier Eco-Hotels and Resorts is a registered company in Costa Rica. Partnering with Premier Development Group -- which has 20+ years experience in the management and tourism industry -- along with eco-friendly accredited engineers, architects and construction companies in the central mountains of Costa Rica, Eco-Hotels and Resorts has started the construction of an eco-friendly hotel project in the mountains of Puriscal in the province of San Jose called Terra Esmeralda ®.
Terra Esmeralda features: 62,000 square meters, 40 room, restaurant areas, pools, terraces, recreational areas, exclusive Bali-style spa, yoga and meditation halls, lecture areas, laundry, kitchen facilities and Helicopter Pad among other amenities. The resort area is surrounded by streams, rivers, and lakes that provide a peaceful and adventurous retreat through scenic walking and hiking trails.
Premier Eco-Hotels and Resorts has acquired 100% ownership of the land and all taxes have been paid to through year 2014. The resort name, Terra Esmeralda, has been trademarked. A full business plan and construction cost, revised and up to date as of December 2014, is available. Please contact Francesco Arato with any questions or to request additional information.
