Description: I am located inside a mortgage broker office. I have a good lead source with loan officers as well as realtors. I am in the start up stage of my business, having appoinments with carriers being set up. I am not new to insurance but I have decided to go on my own. I am only looking for a samll loan amount as I need working capital at this time. I want my agency to succeed and I have a plan put in place to have this happen. I took some bad business advice from couple other people in the past year and half and that has put me behind on some things where I can not go to tradtional funding, and since my company is in start up stage I can not get funding until I have been in business for two years.
